It took me too long to figure out what I wanted in life, but man when I did, it gave me a magical permission to be myself. I believe we have all been conditioned to fit into a society of norms and “rules” that teaches us to simply be normal. This goes against everything unique about who you are. I find it absolutely intoxicating when I meet someone who is REAL – no pretending and no agenda.
I write two blogs for "It Is What It Is Man":
1. One about life and how I try to take realistic steps to get the most out of it
2. ...and a straight forward blog about the 'realities of fitness' - there is too many people who confuse everyone about what they should and shouldn't do to live a healthier lifestyle.
